Less Effective

The past couple of weeks I've had my alarm set for 8:03 in the morning. Why? It's Summer? I know. BUT. I've wanted to get up and do some good stretching, crunches, planks, and all those joyful things. Cause it's good for you. I did it the first couple of days. Like the first two days...after that I just turned over, turned off my alarm, and went back to sleep. And even though I know I do that, I still keep my alarm on. Because I have faith in myself that one day I will get up 87% of the time and actually do something.
