MORP 2012

How I asked:

My picture had the exclamation mark. That's how he figured out it was me. Honestly I think it was too easy for him to figure it out (when I gave him the picture my dad had me color the "!" a blue green color. Easy).

How he answered:

I love Almond Joys.

The Theme:

The group:

The date:

It was a fun last dance and I had a blast! I'm very thankful for my date who said yes and put up with my awkwardness :) He's a stud

dance photographs taken by my friend's (Chloe) dad - Curtis Isaak. Thank you!

Let's count the days

Friday : School
Saturday: No school
Sunday: No school - home ward
Monday: School
Tuesday: School
Wednesday: Lagoon
Thursday: School - early out
Friday: School - early out
Saturday: No school
Sunday: No school - home ward
Monday: No school
Tuesday: Senior send off assembly - very very short day
Wednesday: Graduation.
Thursday: hang over from "senior all nighter" (no worries, no alcohol involved. Just NO SLEEP)
Friday: Rest
Saturday: starting the realization process
Sunday: No school - singles ward
Monday: Suddenly an adult.

See how many of those are in bold? Those are the school days that actually count. There's only 5 of them. And there's two more sundays left in my home ward.

Would you like to know what's going through my head right now?

yes?

Too bad. I can't put it into writing typing. Just know that it's confusing :)

You know you're starting to realize that you are becoming an adult when you look at $2,000 and think oh my goodness. I need more money. How in the heck am I going to pay for anything??? When  you used to think holy cow! I'm rich! Does that much money even exist in the world?!

Anyway, moving on from graduation (it's just been completely taking over my life and attempting to take over my thoughts. Actually, it has taken over my thoughts. It's pretty much all I think about). Recently I was able to put a wig to use. Was it a long, blonde wig? Short bright red haired wig? Ha, that's for me to know and you to find out. Maybe I will tell the reason one day. Maybe.

Summer. I welcome you.

For Allysha

1D
From left to right: Liam, Louis, Zayn, Niall, and Harry

Liam looks a million times better with short, curly hair

I like Niall.  WMYB= What Makes You Beautiful. In case you couldn't figure that one out.

Harry likes cats. This relationship could go very well. I don't know if the family would approve though At least I know someone in my family who would like him just for that reason.

Louis

I'm reading the Hunger Games series right now for the first time (this experience will be for another post), but. Want to know what I imagine Peeta looking like??? Yep, Niall. Maybe a little more manly version of Niall...but still Niall. Not that he isn't manly... but you know what I mean, right? Everything just seems to fit. As far as Peeta's personality and Niall's looks go. I'm scared to go see the movie and find that the Peeta they picked will completely ruin how my imagination has him already. Dumb movies.

A Ball? I Long for a Ball!

If there is one thing I could choose to do before I die I would choose to have a Ball.
(well, maybe not the one thing. On a list of 13 things to do before I do though....)

The kind where the girls dress up in fancy old style dresses with hair up in curls and maybe a feather in the hair also (I would pick pearl pins to be in my hair though), and the guys wear long white socks with pants that come below the knee and a scarf type thing for a tie all done in a knot around that high collar.

Everyone would know the dances to every song and there would be at least one couple who comes away from the Ball feeling confused about each other and then realize they love one another. Or at least are interested.

There would be dancing in one room ( of course), a room to drink your punch, a room to eat little pastries, a room where the men could go talk and not smoke, and then a room with card games (not gambling card games, just good fun ones), and also Bunco would be played as well (again, not the gambling version).

It would be a a big house that could easily be decorated for the perfect ball. With winding stairs and fun patterns in the floor and maybe some weird paintings on the ceiling of one of the rooms. The grounds would be amazing too.

Of course, you can't have a Ball without music! We would definitely have a live little orchestra playing at the front of the dancing hall.

The atmosphere needs to be the atmosphere of a real ball. Not a fake one that's put on just for fun. I know the movies aren't exact, but kind of like the movies. The feel of it. it's not fake. It's real. I have no idea if that makes sense, but I hope it does. This kind of goes along with the fact that it needs to be in a real house/mansion, not a cultural hall at the church or a building at a school.

Everyone would be learning all the different dances for about two weeks before the ball. If they don't show up for a class, then they can't dance that dance. But if this was my ball, everyone would show up and learn how to dance every dance.

You wouldn't just get your friends in on it, but a whole bunch of people. Like a ton of people. People other people don't even know. People I, if I was putting the ball on, don't even know.

It would be a major success and would become something we did every 2 or 3 years.

If I wanted to go all the way, this ball would be done somewhere in the UK. Possibly in London.

Let's have a ball!

i C a dancer

My niece C is so photogenic. It kills me how great her pictures turn out. She is such a kick to photograph! She will pose this way, then that way, do a little spanish dance for you and all on her own with out much encouragement! Today she showed up at the house wearing a cute little ballerina outfit and I had my sisters camera and thought heck...lets have a fun photo shoot in the backyard. So, we did.

Now with these pictures I decided to edit them each in a different way just to experiment and what not. There are definitely doubles there (and triples...)  in color, B&W, and mixtures of a bunch of different things.

She's a dancer

Ballerina...

Haha, hip hop dancer...

my favorite

These next ones aren't edited because I didn't have time to do them but I love them anyway! This girl is hilarious.

Modern dancing (I think)...

Spanish dancing...

This is a pointless post

I like this picture. So I like it on a shirt. Too bad it cost $30

There are only 18 days of school left! For the first time in 6 years I've had to really catch up on work and make-up stuff. My grades have never been this bad and....I'm not at all worried about it. I would normally be super stressed that I have anything below an A-, but these days, I am as relaxed as an otter. That was the first relaxed thing that came to mind. Kind of random. Oh well.

Graduation is falling upon us! I expect you all to be there by the way. Why? Because I want to get some sort of a family picture and this would be a good chance. We can even possibly take it with the new camera I'm planning on getting...eh? Eh? :D
